This notice explains what personal data SiteGrid Technologies Kft. collects through sitegridlabs.com, why, and the choices you have. Analytics and advertising cookies are only set if you accept them.

What we collect
When you email us, we receive your name, email address and whatever you include in your message.
Google Analytics measures how the site is used, such as the pages you view, roughly where you are and what device you use. It runs in Google's Consent Mode: until you accept cookies it sets no cookies and sends Google only cookieless signals, such as the page viewed and your browser type, which cannot recognise you on a later visit. If you accept, it also sets the cookies listed below so repeat visits can be counted. The Meta pixel, which records page views and whether you clicked to email us so we can measure our ads, loads only if you accept; if you decline, nothing is sent to Meta.
Your cookie choice is stored in your own browser. Our web server does not keep access logs of visitors.
How we use it
We use your email only to reply to you, discuss your project and, if you become a client, deliver and invoice the work. We use analytics to understand which pages are useful, and the Meta pixel to measure and improve our ads. We never sell your data.
Our legal basis
Under Article 6 of the GDPR and the UK GDPR: we handle enquiries to take steps you have asked for before any contract (Art. 6(1)(b)), and client data to perform our contract with you. Cookieless analytics rests on our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used (Art. 6(1)(f)). Analytics and advertising cookies are set only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time. Withdrawing does not affect anything processed before.
Who else receives data
- Hetzner Online GmbH hosts this website in Nuremberg, Germany.
- Google Ireland Limited provides Google Analytics, with cookies only if you accept them.
- Meta Platforms Ireland Limited provides the Meta pixel, only if you accept cookies. We and Meta are joint controllers for collecting and sending pixel data; what Meta does with it afterwards is covered by Meta's privacy policy.
- Our email provider stores the messages you send us.
Transfers outside Europe
Google and Meta may process data in the United States. Those transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and its UK Extension, and on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. Our hosting stays inside the EU.

To change your choice, use Cookie settings at the bottom of any page. Declining deletes these cookies from your browser and returns Google Analytics to cookieless measurement.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted 12 months after our last contact. Client records are kept for as long as our contractual and accounting obligations require. Google Analytics data is kept for 14 months. Cookie lifetimes are listed above.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, delete or transfer your data, restrict how we use it, or object to it, and you can withdraw cookie consent at any time. Email hello@sitegridlabs.com; we answer within one month at the latest.
You can also complain to a data protection authority: in Hungary, where we are based, the NAIH (1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11., naih.hu); in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk); or the authority where you live in the EU.
Changes
We may update this notice as the site changes. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
